- 1/3 c. vegy oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. mashed peaches
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine oil and sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

2Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.

3Mix well.

4Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing until blended.

5Stir in peaches and pecans.

6Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

7Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
