- 1 white cake (baked in a 9 x 12-inch pan)
- 3 1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- sliced fresh peaches
- 12 oz. container dessert topping, thawed
- chopped nuts
Directions

1Bake and cool cake.

2Cook pudding mix and milk together following package instructions, either in microwave or stove top. Stir in sour cream.

3Cool mixture completely and spread on cooled cake.

4Cover with sliced, fresh peaches (well drained canned or frozen peaches may also be used).

5Spread dessert topping over peaches and sprinkle with nuts.

6Store in refrigerator.
