- 1 egg white
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 pie crust
- 1/2 cup yellow onions caramelized
- 4 slices cooked bacon chopped
- 1/2 cup Crystal Farms Shredded Swiss Cheese
Directions

1Par-cook the pie crust per manufacturer's instructions.

2Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

3Take the cooled pie crust and layer with caramelized onions, cooked diced bacon and shredded Swiss cheese.

4Top with egg mixture and bake at 375° F oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the center comes clean when poked with a knife or skewer.
