  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1/2 cup yellow onions caramelized
  • 4 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 1/2 cup Crystal Farms Shredded Swiss Cheese

Directions

    Par-cook the pie crust per manufacturer's instructions.

    Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

    Take the cooled pie crust and layer with caramelized onions, cooked diced bacon and shredded Swiss cheese.

    Top with egg mixture and bake at 375° F oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the center comes clean when poked with a knife or skewer.
