- 3 large red ripe peaches
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- cinnamon to taste
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Blend sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon until it reaches a crumbly texture.

3Spread approximately 1/3 of this mixture on bottom of unbaked pie crust.

4Wash and dry the peaches and cut each in half.

5Remove pit, but do not peel. Arrange cut-side down on crumb mixture in pie crust.

6If peaches are very large, trim off portions and fit them into the empty spaces around the pecan halves.

7Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture evenly over peaches.

8Sprinkle 4 tablespoons water over all.

9Bake 45 minutes.

10The peach skins dissolve into a lush red juice!
