- 1 graham cracker crust or baked pie shell
- 1 1/2 pt. peaches, sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. peach Jell-O granules
- whipped cream
Directions

1Place peaches in crust.

2Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and syrup in saucepan.

3Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until thickened.

4Add the Jell-O granules and stir until dissolved. Cool.

5Pour cooled gelatin mixture over peaches.

6Chill until firm.

7Serve with whipped cream.
