  • 1 graham cracker crust or baked pie shell
  • 1 1/2 pt. peaches, sliced
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. peach Jell-O granules
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Place peaches in crust.

    Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and syrup in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until thickened.

    Add the Jell-O granules and stir until dissolved. Cool.

    Pour cooled gelatin mixture over peaches.

    Chill until firm.

    Serve with whipped cream.
