  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon jello
  • enough fresh sliced peaches to fill pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Bring water, sugar and cornstarch to a boil.

    Add dry jello to boiling mixture.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Cool.

    Pour over fresh peaches.

    Stir gently.

    Place in baked pie shell.

    Chill well. Serve with whipped cream.
