  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
  • 4 to 5 medium size peaches, sliced
  • 1 baked pie crust

Directions

    Combine sugar, water and cornstarch.

    Cook until thick. Remove from fire.

    Add peach Jell-O.

    Cool.

    Line baked and cooled pie shell with glaze.

    Put in sliced peaches.

    Add remaining glaze over the sliced peaches.
