- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. peach puree
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 c. sliced peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar.

2Blend in peach puree, water and lemon juice.

3Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

4Boil until thickened and clear.

5Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

6Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

7Spread cream cheese mixture evenly in bottom of pie shell.

8Spoon peaches on top.

9Pour cooled puree mix over all. Chill before serving.
