  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. lard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 13 oz. pkg. peach gelatin (if not available use orange)
  • 1 qt. sliced fresh peaches
  • whipped dessert topping

Directions

    Blend together flour, lard, salt and water and bake for pie crust.

    Slice peaches into pie shell.
  3. 3
    Cook sugar and water and cornstarch until thick.
  4. 4
    Cool and add peach or orange gelatin. Pour mixture over sliced peaches; add whipped topping on the top. Serves 6.
