- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (3 oz.) box peach gelatin
- 2 graham cracker crusts
- 2 qt. peaches, sliced
Directions

1Mix water and cornstarch.

2Boil until clear and thick.

3Remove from heat.

4Add gelatin.

5Mix well, then add 2 quarts fresh peaches.

6Divide filling between two pie shells. Chill.
