- 2 sticks or 1 packet pie crust mix
- 5 c. sliced fresh peaches (about 9 medium)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Gold Medal flour
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°. Prepare pastry for 9-inch two-crust pie. Mix as directed on package.

2Mix peaches and lemon juice. Stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon.

3Mix with peaches.

4Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter.

5Cover with top crust which has slits cut in it.

6Seal and flute.

7Cover edge with 2 to 3-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning.

8Remove foil the last 15 minutes of baking.

9Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
