  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 pkg. Jell-O (yellow)
  • 1 pie shell, cooked and cooled
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Boil sugar, water and cornstarch until clear.

    Remove from heat.

    Add Jell-O; cool.

    Put peaches in pie shell.

    Pour mixture over peaches.
