  • 3 1/2 c. peaches
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, salt and butter.

    Cook until thick, then add lemon juice.

    Pour over peaches and bake.

    Bake in unbaked pie shell at 400° for 10 minutes and then at 375° until done.
