  • 1 large thinly sliced fresh peaches or 2 small thinly sliced fresh california peaches
  • 1 pita bread, piece
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese or 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 14 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 12 slices cucumbers (thin slices) or 12 slices red bell peppers (thin slices)
