  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 3 c. fresh peaches
  • 1 pkg. vanilla wafers

    Beat the first 3 ingredients for 10 minutes.

    Fold in Cool Whip and peaches.

    In a large shallow dish, layer vanilla wafers; top with peach mixture.

    Continue layering until peach mixture is used, starting with wafers and ending with wafers.

    Top with Cool Whip.
