  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 c. chopped fresh pears, that have been boiled in sugared water
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, vanilla and oil. Beat well. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon and add to the mixture. Stir in pears and pecans (optional).

    Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
