- 12 whole Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 whole White Onion
- 1 whole Jalapeno
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Directions

1Warm up your grill outside.

2Place tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, and garlic on the grill.

3Cook until moderately blackened on the outside and you can pierce your fork through the vegetables.

4Take off the grill.

5Place grilled ingredients in a blender, then add a handful of cilantro, and a dash of sea salt.

6Blend on high until completely mixed.

7Pour into a bowl and eat while still warm, or chill.
