  • 12 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 whole White Onion
  • 1 whole Jalapeno
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Directions

    Warm up your grill outside.

    Place tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, and garlic on the grill.

    Cook until moderately blackened on the outside and you can pierce your fork through the vegetables.

    Take off the grill.

    Place grilled ingredients in a blender, then add a handful of cilantro, and a dash of sea salt.

    Blend on high until completely mixed.

    Pour into a bowl and eat while still warm, or chill.
