  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Thaw and drain spinach.

    Mix first six ingredients until well blended.

    Stir in cheese, spinach and onion.

    Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
