- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp green pesto
- 1 hand full of chopped chillies
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 8 fresh local scollops
- 8 pieces of good quality pancetta
Directions

1in a bowl put the green pesto,chopped chillies and paprika in a bowl and mix to a smooth paste

2grill the pancetta so its slightly cooked.

3pan fry the Scollops with sprinkle of seasoning for 2mins

4wrap the pancetta around the Scollops and sercure in place finish of under the grill.

5lay the pesto on the plate to put your Scollops on the top serve with a wedge of lemon
