- 3 cups Salad Of Your Choice, To Serve
- 1 Tablespoon Rapeseed Oil Or Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- A Squeeze Of Lemon Juice
- Mayonnaise, To Serve (optional)
Directions

1Cook the shrimp in boiling water just until pink, about a few minutes (or follow package instructions). Drain and let cool. Peel.

2Diving salad among plates. Add shrimp on top of the salad. Add oil, a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve as is or with mayonnaise.
