  • 1 box Dreamfields lingune
  • 1 1/2 packages of diced prosciutto (you can use Serano ham or crisp bacon as well)
  • 3 bags of baby spinach
  • 1 bunch baby arugula
  • 2 limes - juice and zest separated
  • 2 cups crumbed feta cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 shallots small dice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons of good Extra virgin olice oil separated (extra on the side)
