  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers (El Paso, not hot), seeded, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

Directions

    Brown meat; drain off fat.

    Add onion and then add rest of ingredients.

    Simmer until warmed through.
