- 10 medium plum tomatoes, halved and sliced
- 1 small onion, halved and sliced very thin
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 lb feta cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups water
Directions

1Mix the tomatoes and onion in a large bowl; stir in olive oil.

2Add oregano, basil and Lawry's seasoned salt (to taste); gently mix in feta cheese.

3Pour water into bowl; pick up bowl and move in a shaking swirling motion to mix in water.

4Cover and chill 1-2 hours. Stir before serving.
