  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions

    Chop the tomatoes and red onion into equal-sized pieces. Finely chop the scallions, including green portions.
