  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. milk
