  • 3 medium chopped tomatoes (about 3 c.)
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops
  • 1/2 c. chopped peppers (green)
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno chili pepper
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic (about 3 cloves)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
