- 1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops
- 1/2 c. chopped peppers (green)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno chili pepper
- 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic (about 3 cloves)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
