  • 1 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
  • 2-2/3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 48 sheets rice paper sheets (8 inch)
  • 3 qt. rice vermicelli, cooked
  • 144 strips English cucumbers, cut crosswise in half, then lengthwise into thin strips

Directions

    Mix dressing and soy sauce.

    Soak 1 rice paper sheet in shallow bowl of hot water 10 sec.

    or just until softened; place on clean tea towel.

    Arrange 1/4 cup (50 mL) vermicelli down centre of rice paper sheet; top with 3 each cucumber, red pepper and scallion strips, 2 Tbsp.

    (30 mL) carrots, and 2 tsp.

    (10 mL) each avocados and cilantro.

    Drizzle with 1 tsp.

    (5 mL) dressing mixture.

    Fold bottom third of sheet over filling, then roll up tightly starting at one short side.

    Repeat with remaining ingredients.
