  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • salt and pepper

    Grate vegetables and drain dry.

    Mix mayonnaise and cream cheese.

    Add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
