Fried Apple Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. dried apples
  • 1 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 can Big Country biscuits

Directions

    Cook apples until done.

    Mix with spice, sugar and margarine. Roll biscuits out thin.

    Put heaping tablespoonful of apples on half and turn the other half over and seal edges with a fork. Prick top with fork.

    Put in hot frypan with cooking oil and fry until brown.

    Turn and brown the other side.
