- 15 to 20 small tender asparagus
- chopped garlic or garlic salt
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1In a frypan, slowly melt margarine.

2Wash asparagus and lay whole into frypan.

3Add prepared garlic to taste, 1/2 to 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt or 1/2 clove of garlic.

4Simmer under low heat.

5Keep covered until stems are tender, approximately 20 minutes.

6A delicious change from steamed asparagus.
