- 6 eggs
- 12 Tbsp. sugar
- 12 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Beat the eggs.

2Add the remaining ingredients.

3Make a ring of flour.

4Add ingredients and knead until smooth. Add more or less flour.

5Roll dough a small amount at a time about 3-inches wide, very thin.

6Cut into 3-inch rectangles.

7Cut a slit in center. Pull one end through slit. Deep fry until a light tan. Remove to paper towel.

8These can be made a few days before needed. Will keep for a few weeks. Sprinkle powdered sugar when ready to serve.
