- 1 large cabbage
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Wash and drain cabbage.

2Cut it up in chunks or slices.

3Rid cabbage of water.

4Add to the vegetable oil.

5You may also use the bacon fat if you like.

6Fry on medium heat, continually stirring the cabbage.

7Add salt, pepper and sugar and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or to your desired texture.
