- 6 c. shredded cabbage (long shreds)
- 1 c. thinly-sliced bell pepper strips
- 1 c. onion, cut into thin strips
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp. Cavender's Green seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine the cabbage, bell pepper, and onion.

2Rinse and drain.

3Pour the oil into a large skillet and add cabbage mixture. Stir to mix.

4Cover.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is wilted and peppers/onions are tender.

6Sprinkle soy sauce over top and mix.

7Taste and add Cavender's (or you can use salt & black pepper). Stir in butter. 4 to 6 servings.
