- 4 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat bacon in heavy, large skillet until small amount of fat begins to accumulate.

2Add cabbage and continue cooking over very low heat, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender and starts to turn golden brown.

3Stir in cream and lemon juice.

4Heat until cream is hot.
