- 3 cups green cabbage (chopped)
- 14 cup water
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper (powder)
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt (optional)
Directions

1Spray a large skillet with non stick spray, heat and add cabbage.

2Sprinkle with cayenne pepper (more if you desire).

3Garlic salt if you like.

4When cabbage begins to warm, add water and cover quickly.

5Stir occasionally.

6When cabbage is limp and water is almost gone, uncover and cook until slightly browned.

7Wonderful with pork chops or beans.
