- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar

1Brown diced onion in skillet.

2Cook carrot slices in salted water until almost done.

3Add carrot slices to browned bacon.

4Also add a small amount of carrot liquid.

5Combine salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.

6Pour over carrots.
