- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 12 teaspoon turmeric
- oil (for deep frying, like rice bran oil)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Toss cauliflower, rice flour and turmeric together.

2{Shake them all in a plastic bag}.

3Shake off excess.

4Heat oil to 180 C.

5Fry cauliflower in batches till golden - 4 - 5 minutes.

6Drain on paper towel, season and serve.
