Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 5 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bowl, plate, of flour
  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 Bottle of vegie oil
  • 1 salt & pepper (for taste)
  • 1 large spoonfull of butter

Directions

    Put the vegie oil in the pan, i would say put about 1/4 of a cup of oil if you like yours crispy.

    Melt the butter in a separate plate/bowl and put flour in a separate plate.

    Dip the chicken in the butter FIRST, then into the flour.

    Pour salt & pepper over the chicken, and throw in the frying pan.

    And cook until crisped all the way, or to a golden brown.

    ( as the chicken is cooking, you can throw more flour on it while cookin to keep it crispy, thats what i do to keep mine like it is.
