  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 stick oleo
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. whole milk

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add nutmeg.

    Add eggs and beat until ingredients are mixed.

    Add vanilla and milk.

    Pour into a pie crust that has been rinsed with ice water.

    Bake at 450° for 12 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 325° and bake 25 minutes (or until pie is set).
