- 2 kg Chicken
- 2 Lemons
- 1 tbsp Tumeric
- 1 medium Chilli Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 large Ginger, Garlic, Chilli paste
- 5 tbsp Corn flour
- 5 tbsp Vegetable oil
Directions

1Clean Chicken thoroughly

2Separate boneless pieces of chicken and cut them in small chunks

3Sprinkle tumeric, chilli powder (bedgi chilli)

4Squeeze lemons

5Salt

6Whisk an egg and mix it in with others

7Cover the chicken with the marinate and rest it for 20 minutes

8Put a table spoon or two of oil in a flat pan
-
9After the pan gets hot, pick the marinated pieces of chicken

10Cover the pieces with corn flour
-
11Place the pieces separately on the pan
-
12Shallow fry both the sides till it gets golden colour

13Ready to serve
