- 2/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. each: celery salt, onion powder, paprika and thyme
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut in quarters and skin removed
- 3 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Line pan with foil.

3Grease a rack and place in pan.

4Mix crumbs and seasonings on waxed paper.

5Coat chicken with yogurt using fingers.

6Press crumbs on chicken to coat.

7Place on rack spacing in between.

8Bake 45 to 50 minutes until coating is brown and juices run clear when pierced.
