- 1 frying chicken
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. flour
- 2 rounded tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut up chicken, wash and pat dry.

2Combine flour, dry mustard and garlic powder.

3(I use a plastic bag to dredge chicken in.) Dip chicken in buttermilk and then in flour mixture.

4Brown in oil or fat of your choice.

5Place browned chicken in shallow roaster or pan.

6Bake in 350° oven until fork-tender.
