  • 70 lb. cut up chicken
  • 1 gal. flour
  • 3/4 c. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 qt. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika together.

    Dip cut up pieces of chicken in buttermilk, then dredge in flour mixture. Deep fry at 325° until done.

    Drain on paper.
