  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 medium onion

    Use only the legs, wings, thighs and breast.

    Wash and dry. Dip the pieces into flour, then in the egg, which has been slightly beaten with milk.
