  • 1 large chicken breast, boned, skinned and diced
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts

Directions

    Marinate diced chicken in mixture of water, cornstarch, salt, sherry, egg white.

    Heat oil in frying pan or wok until hot.

    Stir-fry chicken mixture for 3 minutes or until chicken turns white.
