  • 3/4 c. margarine (low-fat variety)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Cut off tips of corn kernels into a large bowl; scrape milk and remaining pulp from cob with a paring knife.

    Melt margarine in a skillet.
