  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Drop batter by spoonfuls into the hot oil.
