- 2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 c. flour or cracker crumbs
Directions

1Pick 20 fully bloomed dandelions, soak them for about 20 minutes in warm water and 2 tablespoons salt.

2Water should just cover blooms.

3Mix first 4 ingredients well.

4Dip the dandelions in mixture, then roll in flour or crumbs.

5Fry at medium heat until crisp and golden brown.

6Serve warm.
