  • 1 flour
  • 1 potatoe flakes
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 dash of chili pepper
  • 1 poultry seasoning
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cooking oil

Directions

    Mix the flour and potato flakes in a bowl .

    also beat 3 eggs in a separate bowl

    Season your fish with all your ingredients.

    dip fish into the flour and potato flakes batter then dip it into the egg and then back into the flour flakes batter.

    Fry it in the cooking oil for 5min on each side.
