- 1 dash of chili pepper
- 1 poultry seasoning
- 3 eggs
- 1 cooking oil

1Mix the flour and potato flakes in a bowl .

3Season your fish with all your ingredients.

4dip fish into the flour and potato flakes batter then dip it into the egg and then back into the flour flakes batter.

5Fry it in the cooking oil for 5min on each side.
