  • 2/3 c. mashed potato flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets

Directions

    Mix together the flakes, oil and seasonings.

    Coat both sides of fish.

    Place on ungreased nonstick baking sheet.

    Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

    May use for chicken or pork chops, etc.
